- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
- dash of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt.

4Add oil and eggs, beating one at a time.

5Beat until creamy.

6Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.

7Pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes.

8Cool and frost.
