- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 small jars strained carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix together sugar, Crisco oil and eggs.

2Add to this liquid flour and cinnamon. Add carrots. Also add chopped nuts.

3Beat well and bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 50 minutes.

4Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
