  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 small jars strained carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix together sugar, Crisco oil and eggs.

    Add to this liquid flour and cinnamon. Add carrots. Also add chopped nuts.

    Beat well and bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 50 minutes.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
