- 2 cups plain flour, sifted
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
Directions

1Sift all dry ingredients together.

2Cream sugar and oil.

3Add eggs one at a time, add carrots.

4Combine carrot mixture with flour mixture.

5Pour into 3 well-greased cake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
