- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. pecans
Directions

1Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside.

2Mix oil, sugar and eggs.

3Beat after each addition.

4Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add carrots, pineapple (do not drain) and nuts.

5Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) pans.

6Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325°.
