  • 3/4 c. nuts (pecans)
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots

    Grease and flour cake pan.

    Add oil and grated carrots; set aside.

    Cream sugar, flour and cinnamon.
