- 3/4 c. nuts (pecans)
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots

1Grease and flour cake pan.

3Add oil and grated carrots; set aside.

4Cream sugar, flour and cinnamon.

6Add eggs, oil and carrot mixture.
