- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Combine all dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.

3Add apples and chopped nuts.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
