- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. nuts
- 3 c. carrots, grated
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3Cream sugar, eggs and oil; add flour mixture, nuts and carrots.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
