  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. nuts
  • 3 c. carrots, grated
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Set aside.

    Cream sugar, eggs and oil; add flour mixture, nuts and carrots.
