- 2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
- 1 or 2 drops black walnut flavoring
- 1 c. black walnuts or pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
