- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of ground cloves
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. shredded carrots
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts. Blend on low speed of mixer until moistened.

2Beat on high speed 1 minute.

3Stir in nuts.

4Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

6Cool.
