- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil and eggs until thoroughly blended.

2Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

3Add to first mixture and beat until smooth.

4Stir in carrots, coconut and nuts.

5Pour into greased 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.

6Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.
