- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 jars baby food carrots (3rd foods)
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients together.

2Sift together dry ingredients; add to first mixture.

3Fold in pecans.

4Bake at 350° for one hour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
