  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 jars baby food carrots (3rd foods)
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients together.

    Sift together dry ingredients; add to first mixture.

    Fold in pecans.

    Bake at 350° for one hour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
