- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs, unbeaten
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. raw carrots, grated
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil until fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Cream well.

3Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon together.

4Mix flour mixture and sugar mixture together.

5Fold in carrots and pecans.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
