- 4 whole eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 1/3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. nuts, chopped fine
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Sift together all dry ingredients.

2Beat eggs into sugar, one at a time.

3Add oil to dry ingredients, a little at a time.

4Add this mixture to eggs and sugar.

5Add carrots and nuts.

6Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350° for 30 minutes.
