- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 small jars baby carrots
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs and add next 6 ingredients.

2Mix thoroughly and add baby carrots, pineapple and nuts.

3Stir only to mix.

4Bake in 11 x 16-inch pan (13 x 9-inch for thicker cake).

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
