  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 c. coarsely grated carrots or apples

    Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
