- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 jars (6 1/2 oz.) junior baby carrots
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and jars of carrots.

2Beat all together.

3Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into mixture.

4Turn into round tube pan that is greased and floured. Bake in 350° oven for 60 to 90 minutes.
