- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. nuts
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour oil into mixing bowl.

2Sift dry ingredients together. Alternate dry ingredients and eggs, one at a time, until all are used up.

3Add nuts and carrots; mix well.

4Bake for 1 hour at 325°. Makes 2 or 3 layers.

5Frost.
