  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

    Mix other ingredients in another bowl.

    Mix together both mixtures.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
