  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 c. carrots, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix all ingredients, except flour, well. Add flour and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in 3 (8-inch) round pans.
