- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 4 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs until thick; gradually add sugar and blend well. Add oil and beat.

2Add dry ingredients, carrots and nuts.

3Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 11-inch pan.
