  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except flour and carrots.

    Fold in flour and carrots.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans.

    Bake 25 minutes at 325°.

    Ice with Carrot Cake Icing.
