  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 c. carrots

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar; beat well. Add eggs; beat. Add dry ingredients; mix. Add nuts and grated carrots. Stir by hand. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 3 (8-inch) layers.
