- 1 small minced onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs for the top
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain.

2Cook onion in butter.

3Stir other ingredients to make a medium white sauce.

4Cook until smooth. Layer carrots and cheese.

5Pour white sauce over the top. Sprinkle bread crumbs.

6Dot with butter.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
