- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. each: salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling salted water.

2Drain; add onions and green peppers.

3Mix and boil tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

4Pour over carrot mixture.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Serve hot or cold.
