- 2 c. cooked carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick melted margarine
- dash of cinnamon
Directions

1Mix drained carrots, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder well.

2Add in melted margarine and cinnamon.

3Pour into a greased pan or dish and bake for one hour at 325°.
