  • 2 c. cooked carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

    Mix drained carrots, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder well.

    Add in melted margarine and cinnamon.

    Pour into a greased pan or dish and bake for one hour at 325°.
