- 4 c. carrots
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain. Pour 1/2 of the carrots into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Dice 1/2 of the Velveeta over the top.

2Repeat with carrots and cheese. Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Pour over carrots. Spread bread crumbs over the top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
