- 1 whole sweet onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pkg. crackers
- 1 c. light Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Steam vegetables together until done but not mushy.

2Melt butter and Velveeta cheese together.

3Pour over vegetables. Crumble crackers and spread over cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
