  • 1 lb. pkg. carrots, sliced and cooked tender
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Saute chopped celery, onion and green pepper.

    Mash cooked carrots and mix with sauteed vegetables.

    Put in buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
