- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Saute chopped celery, onion and green pepper.

2Mash cooked carrots and mix with sauteed vegetables.

3Put in buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
