- 4 c. sliced carrots or baby small carrots
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1 can dried onion rings
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water for 15 minutes and drain.

2Melt butter; stir in flour and gradually add milk.

3Add cheese and stir until melted.

4Put 1/2 of carrots in a
