  • 4 c. sliced carrots, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 1/3 lb. oleo or butter
  • 1 large onion, grated

Directions

    Saute grated onion in melted butter.

    Alternate layers of cooked carrots, grated cheese and sauteed onion.

    Top with bread crumbs.

    Bake about 1/2 hour at 325°.
