  • 2 c. mashed carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • vegetable spray

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray.

    Stir well. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with vegetable spray.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
