  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 4 c. cooked, sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onions and bell pepper in oleo.

    Combine with all other ingredients.

    Place in casserole and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
