- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 slices bread
Directions

1Cook carrots, unsalted.

2Melt 1 stick margarine with cheese. Mix with carrots and pour into 1-quart casserole.

3Melt 1/2 stick margarine and add crumbled bread.

4Sprinkle over carrot mixture. Bake at 400° just until bubbly.
