- 2 lb. carrots, pared and sliced
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Boil and drain carrots, put in a 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

2Melt margarine and Velveeta together and pour over carrots.

3Top with cracker crumbs and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
