- 12 carrots
- 2 Tbsp. dried onions
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese slices
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots; drain.

2Make sauce from remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs.

3In casserole dish, layer carrots and cheese slices, ending with carrots.

4Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
