- 1 lb. sliced carrots
- 3 cans (6 c.) chicken broth
- 2 oz. onions
- 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place carrots, onions and broth in 4-quart saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and cook until carrots are tender.

4Remove 1 cup and chop fine.

5Blend with cheese; return to saucepan.

6Season to taste.
