- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and finely grated
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and finely grated
- 1/2 small white onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter and oil.

2Add carrots, potatoes and onions.

3Add seasonings.

4Saute until browned on one side.

5Flip over and saute on second side until browned.

6Break apart into small chunks or serve in wedges cut from the round.
