- 2 c. carrots
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. white sauce
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 4 tsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling salted water; mash.

2Make white sauce by heating 1 cup milk in double boiler and add thickening.

3Add 2 teaspoons butter.

4Cook until thick.

5Mix all together; put into buttered casserole.

6Bake at 350° until set.
