  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Sift together into large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Then add salad oil, eggs, shredded carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.

    Beat until well mixed.

    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
