- 1 pkg. pound cake mix
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare 2 loaf pans.

3Mix cake mix, sour cream, brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon and eggs until well blended.

4Fold in carrots, nuts and raisins.

5Pour into pans. Bake about 50 minutes.
