- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can condensed cheese soup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots and onion in butter until tender; combine with rice and flour.

2Blend soup, egg and seasonings; add to rice mixture.

3Turn into greased 8-inch ring mold.

4Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes.

5Cool 10 minutes before inverting on serving platter.
