- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 lb. carrots, shredded
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple (packed in natural juice)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1In small bowl, with electric mixer on high, beat cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.

2In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss to blend.

3Fold in whipped cream.

4Serve immediately or cover and chill to serve later.
