  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt and pepper

    Cook carrots until tender; drain.

    Cut onion in rings.

    Dice bell pepper.

    Mix with sugar, oil, vinegar, soup, salt and pepper. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
