- 2 to 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
Directions

1To capture the true, sweet flavor of carrots, melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet.

2Add carrots.

3Sprinkle with a little salt.

4Stir and cover.

5Cook over medium heat (only about 5 minutes).

6Stir a time or two and replace lid quickly.

7Serve at once.
