- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of ground cinnamon
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water until tender.

2Drain and mash. Blend flour, margarine and remaining ingredients.

3Mix with mashed carrots and pour into a greased baking dish.

4Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
