- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
Directions

1Put hot carrots into blender or food processor.

2While mixing, add margarine, eggs, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder.

3Put into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
