  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 4 c. water
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. rice
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. milk, cream or sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and chopped
