- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 lb. raw carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
Directions

1Cook sliced carrots.

2Mix soup, butter, vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil.

3Pour over the carrots.

4Slice pepper and onion and add to the carrots.

5Mix and refrigerate overnight.

6Warm and serve.
