- 2 lb. carrots
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Wash and cut carrots into small pieces.

2Place cut carrots into large pan.

3Cover with water.

4Boil slowly until carrots become soft.

5Place cooked carrots into blender, a little at a time, and blend until mixture looks like pudding.

6If blender is full, pour out about half into a casserole dish.

7To the amount left in blender, add all other ingredients, except sugar, into blender.

8Blend until all ingredients are well mixed.

9Pour mixture out of blender into casserole dish with other mix.

10Stir all together and add sugar.

11Bake at 350° for 1 hour or firm in middle.
