  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 to 2 leeks (white)
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • salt, pepper and chives

    Peel and cut in several pieces the carrots and peel and cube potatoes.

    Blend first 3 ingredients, then put in pan with chicken stock.

    Boil gently for 1/2 hour.
